All day	DEADLINE: MEJO major application (Spring 2020 enrollment) September 15, 2019 (All day) UNC-Chapel Hill undergraduate students who will have completed 45 or more credit hours by December 2019 and are in good academic standing are eligible to apply to the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media's MEJO major for Spring 2020 enrollment. Apply and receive acceptance to UNC-Chapel Hill Submit a "Change of Major/Minor" request in the Student Center of ConnectCarolina Once your change of major request is submitted and processed, you should receive an email within 24 hours with a link to activate your account and begin the undergraduate MEJO major application. This process can take up to one business day to complete, so submit your request well before the application deadline. Submit the MEJO major application by Sept. 15 for spring enrollment or Jan. 15 for fall enrollment Receive notice of acceptance via email Attend a New Student Orientation session The Spring 2020 enrollment application will be open between Monday, July 1, and Sunday, Sept. 15. Hussman School tours are scheduled so that visitors have the option of enjoying a complete UNC campus tour led by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions either before or after a 30-minute visit to Carroll Hall. To register for a UNC campus tour, contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Academic year Tours during the fall and spring semesters are led by the Hussman School Ambassadors and include a visit from Charlie Tuggle, senior associate dean for undergraduate studies. Tours depart from the main lobby on the first floor of Carroll Hall. Feel free to reserve a spot in advance — or you can just show up! Reservations are not required for tours during the academic year. Fall 2019: Tours will be held on Fridays at 12:30 p.m. beginning Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, and running through Friday, Nov. 22, 2019. No tours will be held during Fall Break (Oct. 18, 2019), Thanksgiving Break (Nov. 29, 2019) and any other time that the University is closed (including inclement weather).
