All day			Info Session: "MEJO 390: Tokyo Olympics" (Summer 2020) Repeats every month on the 14 of January until Tue Jan 14 2020. January 14, 2020 (All day) Freedom Forum Conference Center Students in this MEJO program will be working on stories about athletes with ties to North Carolina who are competing in the 2020 Olympic Games. Students will pitch their stories to professional media outlets throughout the state and will be in Tokyo for the duration of the Games. Students might also concurrently work on stories about a university educational initiative in Tokyo not tied to the Olympics. The course is restricted to students in the Hussman School and preference will be given to students with at least one semester left at UNC-Chapel Hill after the program. Information sessions will be held on Monday, December 9 at 2 p.m. and Tuesday, January 14 at 4 p.m. APPLY NOW Apply for the course by Jan. 20, 2020. This process can take up to one business day to complete, so submit your request well before the application deadline. Submit the MEJO major application by Sept. 15 for spring enrollment or Jan. 15 for fall enrollment Receive notice of acceptance via email Attend a New Student Orientation session The Fall 2020 enrollment application will be open between Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, and Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020.
