Undergraduate Hub

On WEDNESDAY, Feb. 19 from 12:30-2 p.m. there will be informal meet and greet with Journalistic, a publishing company here in Chapel Hill that has provided consistently great internships for Hussman students.
Stop by and say hello in the Undergraduate Hub!
Journalistic, Inc., the parent company of Food News Media, has been in business since 1979. Journalistic, Inc. publishes magazines and produces media for individuals tied together by common interests. In addition to the foodservice industry publications QSR and FSR magazines and other related media products, we also publish in the art media space, including Fine Books & Collections magazine and related media products for the antiquarian book collecting market, and Art & Object, a website for art collectors.
They are currently recruiting for below:
Editorial Intern -- Food News Media / Chapel Hill, NC
Food News Media, a publisher located just minutes from UNC’s campus, is hiring multiple paid interns for the spring semester and beyond. Interns will gain invaluable experience in creating content in a modern media environment, including writing for print magazines, websites, social media and custom projects. They foster a friendly work environment, and you’ll leave with a robust portfolio demonstrating experience in writing the types of content today’s media companies need. To apply, please send a resume, cover letter and 3 writing clips to Julie Christy atjulie@journalistic.com.
