Scott McAfee is a writer, creative director and brand strategist who helps organizations design authentic and lasting solutions to business problems.

Best known for his leadership roles at Sanders\Wingo and GSD&M, McAfee’s advertising experience includes campaigns for AT&T, American Heart Association, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Southwest Airlines, State Farm and other top brands.

McAfee is co-founder and chief creative officer of Behavioral Science Lab, a partnership of psychologists, scientists and strategists that applies groundbreaking methodologies to more clearly understand why and how people actually make decisions.

McAfee’s work has been recognized by NBC’s Shark Tank, Lürzer’s Archive, The One Show and Communication Arts. He has served on the advertising faculty at the University of Texas at Austin and the advisory council of the masters of science in marketing program at the McCombs School of Business.

He has also served as a judge and guest speaker at the 3% Conference, The Art Directors Club and The One Club Creative Bootcamp. In 2013, the Austin advertising community awarded Scott the AAF Silver Medal for creative excellence and social responsibility.
