NC Scholastic Media Institute
The North Carolina Scholastic Media Institute will take place June 16-18 at UNC-Chapel’s Hill Hussman School of Journalism and Media. High school journalism students (and those in grades 8 through 11 with an interest in journalism) and their teachers are invited to enroll in online news/newspaper, yearbook, literary magazine, photojournalism, design, broadcast news or advising instruction. Leadership and creativity boot camps are also offered. The registration fee is $300 (with a $100 discount for early registration); the deadline to register is June 1, should space remain available.
