Talk: Human-Centered Design and Delivery of Usable Services by Carl Turner.

Carl Turner – Triangle Business Architecture
Carl Turner, Ph.D., is a human factors researcher and chief business architect of Triangle Business Architecture in Durham, N.C. His current research interests are of teamwork, dynamic systems modeling and provision of services. He is a board member of Triangle UXPA.
