UNC at 2016 AEJMC Southeast Colloquium

A dozen graduate students from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media will make 17 research presentations at the 2016 Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) Southeast Colloquium.

The LSU Manship School of Mass Communication in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, will host this year’s colloquium March 3-6.

The colloquium is considered the oldest regional journalism and mass communication meeting in the nation. UNC hosted the first Southeast Colloquium in 1976 and three times since, including in 2000 when the colloquium celebrated its 25th anniversary and in 2010 for the 35th anniversary.
