Health innovation: Amazon Health leads the way

Dina C. Fifadra is Chief of Staff to the CEO of Amazon Health. Previously, she served as director of product and technology for Amazon Business, where she led teams focused on simplifying procurement and creating innovative solutions that improve customer experiences.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, e-commerce, retail, logistics, wireless and B2B industries, Fifadra has built a reputation for using technology to solve complex customer challenges and for launching and scaling new businesses into successful, high-growth ventures. Prior to Amazon, she spent more than 14 years in leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Samsung.

Dina is passionate about developing future leaders and fostering inclusive, authentic cultures. She is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, studied Urdu and Japanese in college, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
