UNC-Chapel Hill’s master’s for working journalism and media professionals for leadership roles, the MADC addresses the issues reshaping communication today with challenging courses delivered online for part-time study.
Our application opens in August, with a priority submission deadline in March that offers applicants the best chance at admission. Any remaining spots in the cohort will be available to applicants applying by the final deadline in May.
Stephany Pritchard always wanted to go back to school to earn a master’s degree. But with a full-time job and a family life, the task seemed daunting—until she found UNC Hussman’s online master’s program. “What makes UNC different is that you have experts at your fingertips and they’re willing to help you through your education,” says Pritchard, a 2018 program graduate. “I found that incredibly valuable and special.”
