Bosworth co-founded the national advertising agency EP+Co. along with colleagues Joe Erwin and Gretchen Erwin in 1986 after a start in New York at DMB&B. He has worked in many different industries, including restaurants, national retail and telecommunications. He has worked in the cellular and wireless industry since the beginning of the late 1980s and helped propel Verizon into the leading wireless provider in the United States. Bosworth is now the president of the nationally renowned agency, EP+Co.,  which has offices in both South Carolina and New York. The agency was awarded Ad Age's prestigious A-List designation in 2019, and has won numerous awards. Bosworth also serves on many national business and nonprofit boards.
