Parti is a Capitol Hill reporter for BuzzFeed, based in Washington, D.C. She joined BuzzFeed in 2015 after working for Politico, where she covered money and politics, campaigns and agriculture since 2012 following her graduation from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media.

At Carolina, she served as the managing editor for The Daily Tar Heel and worked internships for the Center for Responsive Politics and The Christian Science Monitor.
