UNC J-school radio and TV students win 11 RTDNAC awards at annual convention

UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media students won 11 awards at the Radio Television Digital News Association of the Carolinas (RTDNAC) and The Associated Press (AP) annual convention held Nov. 14 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Carolina was the only school to have a student place in every student category that was given. All of the UNC wins were for work reported or produced for Carolina Week or Carolina Connection — the school’s television and radio newscasts, respectively.
