PhotoNight XXXVIII, Tuesday, Aug. 28

Photo by Kate LordCarolina’s student chapter of the National Press Photographers Association presents PhotoNight XXXVIII on Tuesday, Aug. 28 in Carroll Hall room 133.

The first PhotoNight of the 2007-08 school year features the work of several Carolina photojournalism students – Galen Clarke, Miranda Harple, Kat Hogue, Kate Lord, Joanne McVerry, Crystal Street, Traci White and Melissa Williamson. Each will discuss their internships and summer projects, which include outstanding work from Europe, the Middle East, Central America and the U.S.

The presentation will start promptly at 7:30 p.m. and finish by 9 p.m. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and light refreshments will be available. Portfolio reviews will be available after 9 p.m.
