Start Here / Never Stop Podcast: Delia D'Ambra '14

Alumna Delia D'Ambra '14 works as a general assignment and investigative reporter for NBC2 WBBH news in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to working for NBC2, D'Ambra was a general assignment reporter for NBC29 WVIR news in Charlottesville, Virginia.

D'Ambra graduated from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media with a focus in broadcast and electronic journalism and minor in creative writing. She participated in various organizations on campus, such as The Daily Tar Heel, Sports Xtra, UNC New Media and Carolina Week.

In January 2018, D'Ambra created Counter Clock Podcast, a true-crime investigative series that focuses on re-examining the unsolved murder and arson of Denise Floylen Johnson. Johnson was murdered inside her childhood home in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, in 1997.

D'Ambra is originally from coastal North Carolina and grew up in the Outer Banks. D'Ambra was homeschooled from kindergarten through freshman year of high school and is the youngest of three sisters.
