The UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media will continue its regional networking event series in 2018 in the Mile High City.
On Thursday evening, June 7, all Denver-area alumni are invited to join the Media and Journalism Alumni Association for an MJ Day happy hour and discussion with alumna Nicki Jhabvala '07 at the Denver Press Club at 5:30 p.m. The event is co-sponsored by the GAA's Denver Carolina Alumni Club.
Come connect with other local alumni and learn more about the ways in which you can support the Hussman School’s students in 2018 and beyond. And stay for a discussion at 6:30 p.m. with Jhabvala, the Denver Broncos beat reporter for The Athletic and formerly of The Denver Post. She'll talk about sports journalism in the gambling era, being a woman in the locker room and what to expect from the Broncos this year.
The Press Club bar will be open.
