The Hussman School continues its regional networking event series for the 2016-17 academic year with a visit to Washington, D.C.
On Thursday evening, Nov. 17, all D.C. alumni are invited to join the Hussman School for an alumni reception featuring Dean Susan King and the Hussman School's networking trip students — all the way from Chapel Hill! The reception will be held at RFD Washington (Regional Food & Drink) from 6-8 p.m. Hors 'doeuvres and a cash bar will be provided.
This gathering provides a casual atmosphere where students can continue the networking experience with alumni and friends of the school.
Director of Career Services Jay Eubank and Director of Alumni Affairs and Donor Relations Robin Jackson will be the other Hussman School administrators in attendance.
While in D.C., students on the networking trip will have the opportunity to experience alumni working in their own environments and to converse with them about their careers, living in the Capital City and what it takes to land a similar position. Join the Hussman School in Washington, D.C. for an MJ Day reception on Thursday, Nov. 17 — a day for networking trip students and alumni from in and around D.C. to come together.
The reception will be held at RFD Washington (Regional Food & Drink), located at 810 7th Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.
RFD Washington is located half a block from the Gallery Place/Chinatown Metro Red Line. Exit one block from the Verizon Center, 1.5 blocks from the MCI Center.
