Men's Retirement MagazineMen's Retirement magazine was produced by students at the UNC School of Media and Journalism to help retired men lead healthy and active lifestyles - filling a void the students noticed in newsstands. Men’s Retirement topics range from nutrition and exercise to relationships and emotional health. This issue helps readers overcome roadblocks to changing their lifestyles (p. 26) and introduces readers to new forms of exercise, such as cycling (p. 40) and yoga (p. 66). It also tackles tougher issues, such as overcoming prostate cancer (p. 30) and coping with loss (p. 36), that may arise during the course of retirement. Student Work |
