The UNC School of Media and Journalism is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Services to provide a range of career preparation programs and advising for nearly 1,000 undergraduate and 50 master's students.

PhotoNight — a guest speaker series featuring photographers and photojournalists from all around the country — will focus on themes of diversity in the 2018-19 academic year.

Alumnus David Tinson '96 is senior vice president of marketing communications at Electronic Arts, a global leader in digital interactive entertainment with critically acclaimed brands such as The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FIFA, Battlefield, Need for Speed and Plants vs. Zombies.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill announced today that the Curtis Foundation is investing $10 million to build a state-of-the-art media center and fund immersive learning experiences for UNC School of Media and Journalism students.

Alumna Delia D'Ambra '14 works as a general assignment and investigative reporter for NBC2 WBBH news in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to working for NBC2, D'Ambra was a general assignment reporter for NBC29 WVIR news in Charlottesville, Virginia.
