Two former Federal Election Commission officials will debate campaign finance reform at a free, public forum on Sept. 15, at 5:30 p.m. in the George Watts Hill Alumni Center in Chapel Hill.

The second school alum in two years has received a national PR News 15-to-Watch Award as an up-and-coming public relations practitioner. Jessica Lange, account executive for the Microsoft Games Studies account with Edelman Worldwide, graduated in 2006.

The Certificate in Technology and Communication's annual open house and orientation will be held from 10 a.m. - noon, on Friday, Sept. 26, in Carroll Hall on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. Instructors from most of our courses will be available to answer questions and to discuss their courses with you.

Carolina hosted ABC-TV’s “Good Morning America” program Saturday, Sept. 20, live from Polk Place. Carroll Hall, home of the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, served as the backdrop.
The show’s production crew used Carroll Hall as work space for the broadcast.
